Free Online English Classes for Refugees & Asylum Seekers
NaTakallam
NaTakallam is a social enterprise where refugees, displaced people and their host communities work as online tutors, teachers, and translators.
We are excited to launch our new project, “Learning English with NaTakallam.” This initiative aims to support refugees and asylum seekers currently in Europe or in the process of resettlement to a European country by offering them nine hours of personalised one-on-one online English tutoring sessions over two months, free of charge.

Who can apply?
- Refugees and asylum seekers currently in Europe (European Union member states and Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Iceland, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and the UK) who wish to start learning or improve their English skills are encouraged to apply.
- In order to join their classes, students should have a device with internet access and video call capabilities.
